We sell paragliding wings directly. This is a direct exchange between pilots. With Way, you won't have to wait long before you can take off with your brand new wing. We have been practicing free flight since its inception, we have followed the evolution of the equipment, we teach paragliding, and we fly a lot. This experience is at your service!
In order to satisfy you as well as possible, we offer you a help to choose by e-mail or by phone. This will ensure that you make the right choice when ordering your new equipment.
If you want to return a product to us, it is simple and quick in 3 steps:
1 - Communicate with Rid'Air: send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying:
-the quantity of each product returned,
-What you want for each of them: exchange (1), discount code (2) or refund (3).
Rid'Air provides you with a return number that you'll have to transfer to the package.
2 - Prepare and ship your return:
-Make sure that each product is new (no trace of use), complete and in its original packaging
-Check that the packaging and blocking perfectly protect the products so that they arrive in good condition
-Slip in your package the delivery note or a copy of your invoice
-Send the package to the following address:

Keep proof of your shipment and its tracking number in case of a problem
3 - Rid'Air processes the return
-Rid'Air receives the package, processes the return and informs you of the action it takes.
-For faster processing, we advise you not to make a return using MONDIAL RELAY
- The return costs are at your expense
- You are responsible for the packaging and delivery of this return package
- You have 30 days to make your return.
- Any return that does not comply with this procedure will be automatically returned to you.
1) Only a product of the same model and at the same price may be exchanged.
If the product is not available at the time we process the exchange, you will be given a discount code, the amount of the returned merchandise and the shipping costs (if you paid any initially).
(2) A discount voucher, in the form of a code, for the value of the returned goods is sent to you by e-mail after your return has been processed. You can use this discount code for a future order.
(3) -Payment by credit card, Paypal and E-card: allow approximately 48 hours from the date of confirmation of refund to be credited back
-Payment by bank transfer: please send us your IBAN and BIC so that we can proceed with the refund
-Payment by cheque: refund by cheque.
-Payment by cash on delivery: you cannot be refunded in cash, but our customer service will keep you informed of the method of refund we will use (cheque or bank transfer).
Send to email@example.com a photo of the product concerned highlighting the problem found, as well as the package received.
Describe the condition of this package: was it damaged, opened or taped by the carrier? Please also provide us with any reference (barcode, supplier number) on this product or its packaging.
