Step 1 -> Send us your request by email.
Step 2 -> Rid'Air: (our Warranty Service) processes your request for coverage. If your request is validated, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the procedure to follow: contact details of the shipment, return number and documents to attach....
The shipment of the product concerned by the request is the responsibility of the customer.
To facilitate the follow-up of your request, send us the tracking number of your package.
Step 3 -> Our supplier processes your warranty request and decides on it: replacement, repair, repair on quotation, refund, no further action.
In the case of a repair on estimate, you will of course be consulted for its acceptance.
We remind our suppliers several times a week of each ongoing request.
We will immediately send you any new progress information on your current request.
There is no need to contact the supplier directly to keep informed of your current request, his only contact is Rid'Air.
Step 4 -> We receive, from the supplier, the result of the follow-up given to your request.
Step 5 -> We will relay to you the follow-up given by the supplier to your request for taking out a guarantee.
In the case of a re-shipment of a product to your attention, it will be at our expense.
